We are so excited to welcome new instructor, Andrew Woods to our Collierville Yoga Team! Andrew will teach Mobility & Strength Class on Fridays at 8:30am!
This class is suitable for all fitness levels and combines the core-focused principles of Mat Pilates with functional strength training using resistance bands. It is a low-impact workout designed to improve mobility, balance, posture, flexibility, and overall strength while creating long, lean muscle and greater body awareness.
