✨ WELL… I’M BRINGING IT BACK. ✨
Nutrition Nook is back. 🩷
But before anybody gets too excited/confused 😂 — no, I’m not announcing that the old storefront is reopening.
When I closed that chapter, I felt like I needed a completely fresh start. New direction. New name. New everything.
So Wolf Wellness was born.
But somewhere along the way, I realized something…
I didn’t need to erase Nutrition Nook to grow beyond it.
I spent YEARS building that name. You guys knew it. You supported it. You ordered from it. You told your friends about it. And there are a whole lot of memories attached to it.
So instead of constantly trying to reinvent myself…
I’m coming home. 🥹🩷
Nutrition Nook is back — just in a NEW way.

And I want to be completely transparent about one thing: I’m still working as a dental assistant while I rebuild Nutrition Nook. 🦷🩷
That means my availability and hours are still going to be limited for now. I’m rebuilding this one step, one customer, one event and one order at a time — while still working my regular job.
Same me. Same heart. Same mission.
Just a different season and a MUCH bigger vision for what Nutrition Nook can become.
Sometimes starting over doesn’t mean throwing away everything you built.
Sometimes it means taking what you built… and building it BETTER. 🩷
