Cupping therapy is one of my favorite ways to help clients who are dealing with stubborn muscle tension, tight shoulders, upper back discomfort, and stress that just won’t let go.

Those colorful marks? They’re not bruises from trauma. They’re a normal response to the gentle suction, which lifts the tissue, encourages circulation, and helps decompress tight muscles and fascia. The color and how long they last varies from person to person and usually fades within a few days to about a week.
