Hey fellas! Let’s talk about something that a lot of people don’t talk about MENS MENTAL HEALTH. June is Men’s Mental health month and I’m here to tell you that SELF CARE ISNT SELFISH! I know it can feel like you have the weight of the world on your shoulders but you are worthy of healing. My husband struggles with his mental health and I see it take its toll in so many different ways. You are not alone.
