☀️🌭🍔 Summer fun was in full swing at Colonial Heights Rehab and Nursing Center as residents and staff came together for our Summer Picnic Celebration!

Everyone enjoyed a delicious picnic feast featuring hamburgers, hot dogs, baked beans, and all the picnic favorites. The highlight of the afternoon was dancing and singing along to music from our DJ, with plenty of smiles, laughter, and great memories made along the way.

There's nothing better than good food, great music, and spending time together like family. Thank you to everyone who helped make our summer celebration so special! ❤️☀️

Today, we celebrated Juneteenth by taking time to honor freedom, reflect on our nation's history, and enjoy fellowship with our incredible team. ❤️💛💚
Our staff gathered for a pizza party filled with laughter, conversation, and appreciation for one another. Moments like these remind us that celebrating our diversity and coming together as a team makes us stronger.
Thank you to all of our dedicated employees for the compassion, commitment, and hard work you bring each day to the residents and families we serve. We are grateful for each of you!

It's CNA Week at Colonial Heights Rehab & Nursing Center!

This week, we are celebrating the amazing Certified Nursing Assistants who provide compassionate care, support, and encouragement to our residents each and every day. Their dedication, hard work, and kindness help make our center a warm and caring place to call home.

We have a fun-filled week planned, including a breakfast bar provided by Trinity Hospice, CNA Bingo, a special luncheon,gifts ,Mary Lou's delicious strawberry shortcake, a musical cakewalk, and a Juneteenth potluck celebration for all!

Thank you to our CNAs for all you do! Your commitment to our residents and your positive impact on our center are truly appreciated. We are proud to celebrate you this week and every week.

Our residents enjoyed the warm sunshine today while blowing bubbles, sharing smiles, and spending time with friends. The laughter, conversation, and simple joy of being together made for a wonderful afternoon.

Moments like these remind us that happiness can often be found in the little things—a gentle breeze, sunshine on your face, and good company. 💙
