Cell salts are mineral remedies that have been used in homeopathy for generations. Each one has its own unique characteristics and traditional uses, and they can be a really interesting part of a homeopathic approach to wellness.

I’ll be sharing more about each of these over the coming days, including what makes them unique and when they may be considered.

There’s a lot more to these little remedies than meets the eye. 💜

Hello again!

It’s been a while since I’ve posted here, but I’m ready to change that.

5-year-old female presented with a traumatic crush injury to the thumb and significant pain and distress, which persisted despite local numbing medication. Homeopathic remedies including Aconite, Ledum, Hypericum, and Arnica were used as supportive care to help promote emotional regulation, ease acute distress, and improve overall comfort. The child was able to remain more settled and cooperative, allowing for completion of necessary medical treatment, including wound repair and suturing. I was not the treating medical provider and did not provide medical care, but was present solely in a supportive role. I am grateful to the treating provider for allowing me to be present and support the family during the course of care. Shared with permission.
