Your mouth tells us more about your health than you might expect. Gum disease has been linked to heart disease, diabetes, and other conditions throughout the body, which is why dental care matters well beyond your smile. Regular cleanings and check-ups are a simple way to stay ahead of it.

UPDATE: Our system is back up and running. Our staff will be working through all the messages and requests that occurred while our it was down. Thank you for your continued patience.

📢We are experiencing technical difficulties accessing our electronic patient record system at this time. Their tech team is working on a resolution. However this limits our ability to process certain requests such as schedule appointments, rx refill requests, medical records etc.

We ask for your patience at this time and will give an update as soon as we are fully up and running.

We are continuing to see scheduled patients.

Thank you.

Congratulations Terrill Musser!🎉

Last week, one of our board members was awarded the Excellence in Board Leadership Award from the Association for Utah Community Health. This award highlights a board member who goes above and beyond for their health center, and is dedicated to improving the health of their community.

Please join us in celebrating Terrill, and take a moment to read about his impact on Creek Valley Health Clinic. Terrill, thank you from all of us for your leadership, support, and passion you show on a daily basis. Congratulations!!

--

'Terrill is one of the founding board members of Creek Valley Health Clinic, serving since early 2019 when we were established. Seven years later he still serves on our board, and pushes us to serve our community in the best ways possible. In all our years together, Terrill has supported me as CEO while also showing up for patients in ways big and small.

Terrill also serves on the Hildale City Council, and anyone who has watched Colorado City over the last decade knows the transformation that has happened during that time. Terrill has been right in the middle of it - carrying the voices of Hildale and Colorado City residents and leading local government through transparency, honesty, and passion.

What makes Terrill even more remarkable is what he carries personally. Terrill lives with a rare health condition which requires him to often spend weeks at a time in hospital settings. Even so, he is at our board meetings whenever he can possibly make it. Fully present. Asking the questions that need to be asked. Always pushing us to think about the patients we serve and the staff who serve them.

Terrill, thank you. For seven years of showing up. For your service to this community long before Creek Valley Health Clinic even existed, and for everything you continue to give. This award is yours, and it is so well earned!'

Heart disease remains the leading cause of death for men in this country. But remember, the biggest risk factors can be monitored and prevented; things like blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar are ones we can catch and work on early. A simple check-in is a good place to start.

Whole-body care is the idea that your entire body is connected. The health of your teeth impacts the rest of your body. The wellness inside your mind impacts your physical health. Your physical health impacts your mental health. It's all part of the same picture. Treating one without looking at the others doesn't tell the whole story of your health.

When you come see us, we're paying attention to how it all fits together.

We're here for all of you.

Congratulations to Dr. Williams on receiving the Inspiring Rural Health Program Award!

This recognition celebrates the innovative model of care he’s helped us build here at Creek Valley, one that has grown from primary care into a true one-stop destination for our community.
