I'm back in the office, and celebrating with a special for the mom's.

*****MOTHER'S DAY MASSAGE SPECIAL *****

Pssst... Colorado fam, it's not too late to get a massage scheduled for the special mom's in your life 🫶🏻 As long as we get it booked today it still counts as a Mother's day gift 💐🎁

If you get in touch with me before 5pm I'll reach out to her today and schedule something that works for her. 💆‍♀️ If you text me before midnight, I'll still honor this deal but without the same day " Happy Mother's day " text.

Text me at 719-270-1462 and use the code YOMAMMA for a $60.00 one hour in suite massage.

My suite is located in Old Colorado City at 2020 West Colorado Ave suite 101A

While I'm on a medical leave of absence, I'd like to recommend some incredible massage therapists.

If your preference is VERY deep tissue, Brad Stevens is practicing again out of LPAAC. Veterans take precedence (the VA will cover massage) but he occasionally has availability for non- military, cash paying clients. To schedule with him; https://lpaac.janeapp.com/locations/lpaac/book #/staff_member/14

I also highly recommend any of the LMT's that work out of the same office space I do. That scheduling link is

In the meantime, I am working on healing and planning on being back at it soon!

I love and miss all of my clients!

“To avoid their reactivity, you start walking on eggshells, betraying yourself in the process. Your nervous system shifts into fight-or-flight, because your body knows this isn't safe. The body keeps the score-and eventually, yours starts to speak louder than your denial.

“We've been conditioned to believe that we can love someone into healing. If you're patient enough, forgiving enough, soft enough they'll finally choose to meet you. But some people will take everything you give and still refuse to meet themselves.

“You can love someone and still accept that they can't meet you. There comes a point in your healing journey where you stop trying to convince people to do better. You practice discernment-you observe their choices, accept who they are, and decide what you're no longer available for.” – Lenna Marsak

Happy Sunday! I will be taking a leave of absence from practicing a massage to focus on healing some health issues. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time. 🫶🏻👏🏻
