Our hearts are so full. ❤️

After two beautiful weekends of ceremony, connection, healing, and community, we said goodbye to our beloved Tsáchila family as they returned home to Ecuador yesterday.

Before they left, we had the honor of bringing them to the future home of our church and sanctuary, where we gathered in prayer and received blessings for the land, the vision, and the community we are building together.

We also spent time exploring the beauty of Colorado at Garden of the Gods, sharing laughter, stories, and unforgettable moments in nature. By the end of these two weekends, it no longer felt like we were saying goodbye to guests, it felt like we were saying goodbye to family.

These photos are from our time together at Garden of the Gods and serve as a beautiful reminder that healing happens in connection, community, and shared experiences.

To the Tsáchila Tribe, thank you for your wisdom, your prayers, your traditions, and your friendship. We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to learn from you and walk alongside you. We already miss you and look forward to the day our paths cross again.

Our beautiful dancers are preparing to take their art into the community, sharing movement, joy, confidence, and connection wherever they go.

If you’ve been curious about belly dance or looking for a fun way to connect with your body, refine your skills, and explore the wisdom of movement, now is the perfect time to join us.

Kasima’s Belly Dance classes are typically held on the third Friday of each month, but for June we’re moving things up a week!
