It’s time to disconnect from the outside world and get in touch with the true essence of our soul this week, making rest and relaxation a priority. Goddess Hathor is saying that working with the element of water will help us cleanse and get back into our flow, while the element of earth will help us slow down, nurture and sustain us in a way that helps us return to our original essence. Working with stones such as jasper (for grounding and nurturing) and aquamarine (to expand the heart and get us in touch with the sacred energy of water) will help facilitate this energy shift within us. And you don’t ✨need✨ the crystals to accomplish this, you can simply call upon the elements of water and earth during meditation to cleanse, rejuvenate, and nurture your energy field to bring you back to your soul.
