Facebook tells me a it International Friends Day. So, Today feels like a good day to pause and honor the friendships that shape my life in so many different ways.
The ones who support my work, my family, and the rhythm of our days. The ones who cheer for wildCRAFT, who show up to workshops, who believe in what I’m building even when I’m tired.
My herbal friends — the ones who feel safe sharing creative ideas, swapping plant wisdom, and celebrating each tiny win. There’s something so special about having people who understand the language of herbs, craft, and slow creation.
Then there are my adolescent and pre-kid friends — the ones who grew up beside me and are now mothers and fathers alongside me, spread across the country but still holding space for each other in whatever the journey looks like. We support near and far, in voice messages, in quick check‑ins, in the quiet understanding of this stage of life.
I’m grateful for the new friends too — the ones who trust my drive, respect my values, and see the heart behind what I do. The ones who step in with encouragement, collaboration, and genuine care.
And then there are the in‑between friendships — the seasonal ones, the temporary ones, the pleasant acquaintances and relational lessons who add small moments of reflection to the everyday. Not every friendship has to be lifelong to be meaningful.
Every one of you, in your own way, has shaped my world. Supported my work. Held my family. Cheered for my dreams. Walked beside me through growth, change, and creation. I’m grateful for all of it — and for all of you. 🌿✨
