My name is Dr. Patrick Argiro, though many people know me as Cousin Pat®. The idea behind Cousin Pat Therapy® was to create a mental health and wellness brand that feels more approachable, practical, and relatable to everyday people. The name “Cousin Pat” was built around the concept of being someone people can talk to openly — a supportive, down-to-earth figure who focuses on communication, accountability, emotional wellness, and real-world problem solving.

Over the years, I have worked with individuals, families, couples, and groups in areas involving stress management, emotional regulation, relationships, trauma-informed care, parenting, anger management, behavioral support, and personal growth. The overall vision behind the brand has always been to combine professional mental health knowledge with a conversational and approachable style that helps reduce stigma surrounding therapy and emotional support.

Cousin Pat Therapy® continues to focus on practical coping strategies, emotional wellness education, and helping individuals work toward healthier and more balanced lives both personally and professionally.
