✦ You don’t need to know what treatment you want. That’s my job. ✦ You won’t be pressured into anything. It’s a conversation, not a sales pitch. ✦ Questions are encouraged. Ask all of them. ✦ Social media is inspiration, not a treatment plan. Yours should be built for your face. ✦ More isn’t better. Sometimes I’ll tell you to wait, or that you don’t need anything. ✦ You don’t have to do everything at once. We prioritize what bothers you most.

The number one retinol mistake: treating it like a race. 🏃

More retinol doesn’t mean faster results. It means peeling, dryness, and that burning feeling when you apply moisturizer, which is exactly what I hear a few weeks after someone goes all in.

Start slow. A couple nights a week, pea-sized amount, increasing only as your skin tolerates it.

Moisturize consistently, wear SPF every morning, and pause if your skin is irritated or your provider says to before a treatment. ✨

Retinol is incredible when used correctly. Patience beats intensity every time, and that’s the approach we take here at [clinic name]. 🖤
