Reality check from Dr. Donn: Even without sugar, those fizzy drinks are still highly acidic and can erode your enamel over time. Your teeth don't care if it's diet or regular—acid is acid! We're not saying never enjoy a soda, but sipping it slowly throughout the day? That's giving acid a VIP pass to damage your smile. Better move: drink it with a meal and rinse with water after.
