When do you get your workouts in?

Early morning, late night, mid-day??

We get it in when we can, just make sure you're fueled and ready to go! Get those carbs, repair with protein, healthy fats for proper absorption and it's a recipe for success!

5'8" to 5'10" (I grew!)
I started my journey in my early 20s, which also included 8 knee surgeries and 2 hip surgeries.

This is why I became a personal trainer. I live the experience every day and know the struggles my clients face so I can help overcome them.

High protein, high fiber, high volume is where it's at to keep you consistent for a healthy lifestyle!

Right now, I'm personally maintaining a 120lbs weight loss, then continuing body recomposition after my wedding next month (yay!), so hitting calories is so important!

Planning ahead is so helpful! I know what meals help me hit my goals and I change up the seasonings so I don't get bored, but I stick with the same basic things most days.

LOTS of chicken. Like, every day, just different forms! Just bare brand is amazing for topping salads for a quick meal!

Xtreme wellness tortillas for that extra fiber and can eat them with literally everything.

Salad kits every day.

That Chipotle protein bowl seriously hits.

Get your veggies. Get your protein. Soluble and insoluble fiber (PLEASE!), and calculate your calories with our in-house Styku body scanner and you're set!
