Today’s video is a little different. It’s a product review/huge shoot out to a good friend Melissa from the Georgia area. She’s a Medical Esthetician and also owns a spray tanning business. Last summer she launched amazing products under The Bronze Bunny brand.

She turned me introduce me to some new products that I use in my spa as well as throughout the house.

150 Calorie Chicken Summer Rolls?🔥

Perfect for summer, meal prep, or when you want a huge amount of food without feeling weighed down.

I try and remake viral fat loss recipes and tell you if they’re worth your time, effort and calories. If that sounds good, follow ✅

🛒 Ingredients (Makes 8 Rolls)

340 g chicken thighs (¾ lb)
8 rice paper sheets
2 Persian cucumbers, thinly sliced
1 carrot, grated or thinly sliced
1 large avocado, sliced
Fresh cilantro (coriander)

I kept mine simple with cucumber, carrot and avocado as they were my favourite fillings, but honestly you can add whatever veggies you like.

Chicken Marinade:

1/2 tsp avocado oil
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tbsp dried parsley or cilantro
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Salt + pepper

👨‍🍳 Method

Mix chicken with all marinade ingredients

Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 32 mins or air fry for 22 mins

Slice chicken into strips

Dip rice paper in warm water and lay flat

Add cucumber, carrot, chicken, avocado and cilantro
Fold the bottom over, tuck tightly, fold in the sides and roll like a burrito, Repeat until all 8 are made

~6 g Fat

Optional Spicy Sriracha Sauce 🌶️

3 tbsp mayo
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
2.5 tbsp sriracha
1 heaped tsp honey
Salt + pepper
