Introducing our July Patient of the Month: Pauline Van Os 💜

Pauline keeps us smiling every time she walks through our doors. She's hilarious and has a true glass-half-full attitude. Throughout her hearing journey, she's embraced every step with determination and a positive outlook.

After receiving her cochlear implant, one of Pauline's favorite sounds has become hearing her dog bark.

Because purple is her favorite color, we surprised her with a basket full of purple baking supplies and other fun goodies to celebrate! Congratulations, Pauline, and thank you for letting us be part of your journey. 💜🐾

This month, we’re celebrating Cindy! After 40 years in her home, she’s preparing for an exciting new chapter and a big move. To help make the transition a little easier, we surprised her with a gift card for dinner and some cleaning supplies.
