LoveWorks is a financial assistance program for Vanguard team members, created by Vanguard team members. Launched in 2024 in celebration of Vanguard’s 15-year anniversary, LoveWorks helps provide support when a team member is facing a personal financial crisis.

With a generous 15-to-1 match from Vanguard’s founders, it’s one more way we can give, receive, and show up for one another. ❤️

Celebrating Darian Naylor, future PA! 🎓🩺
We’re so proud to celebrate our Senior MA, Darian Naylor, on her acceptance into PA school! 💙
Darian joined Vanguard in 2022 and quickly discovered her passion for becoming a PA by working alongside our providers and seeing the impact they make on patients every day. From her early days as a Chung MA to growing into her role as a Senior MA, she has become an incredible teammate, mentor, and future provider.
When asked what she’ll carry with her into PA school, Darian shared that she’s learned patient care is about more than medical knowledge—it’s about listening, explaining, making patients feel at ease, and being part of a team that genuinely cares.
Her time traveling with our rural team to La Junta also showed her the importance of access to specialty care and the impact a team can make in rural communities.
And Darian isn’t the only one! We’re incredibly proud of the many MAs who have gone on to pursue PA school and other healthcare careers after their time at Vanguard. ❤️ Watching our team members grow, learn, and take the next step toward their dreams is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.
Congratulations, Darian! We can’t wait to see where this next chapter takes you. 🎓✨

We’re proud to announce Springs Rescue Mission as the fourth recipient of Vanguard Skin Specialists’ 2026 Give Thanks initiative. ❤️

Vanguard is honored to provide a $10,000 donation to support the incredible work Springs Rescue Mission is doing to help our neighbors overcome homelessness, poverty, and addiction and move toward greater stability and independence.

Since 1996, Springs Rescue Mission has grown from a small effort providing sandwiches and shelter into a year-round campus offering shelter, meals, addiction recovery, vocational training, transitional housing, case management, and connections to health services.

What makes their work so meaningful is the way they meet people where they are and walk alongside them as they take their next steps. Behind every number is a person working toward a healthier, more stable future.

We’re grateful to the staff, volunteers, donors, and community partners who make this work possible and proud to support their mission through Give Thanks.

Thank you, Springs Rescue Mission, for helping our community move toward hope, purpose, and independence.
