At CCS and ACS, our greatest strength is our people—and this week we’re proud to recognize Chris Blas, Team Lead for our Supervised Visitations Department.
Chris’s journey with our organization began more than two years ago as a Case Manager and Supervised Visitation Monitor. Through hard work, leadership, and an unwavering commitment to the families we serve, he has grown into a role where he oversees daily operations, DHS referrals, scheduling, intakes, staffing, and a team of seven dedicated professionals.
Originally from Guam, Chris spent 15 years in Oahu, Hawaii before making Colorado home. A devoted husband, father of five, grandfather of three, and talented cook who also operates a catering business, Chris brings the same heart and dedication to his work that he brings to his family.
Under his leadership, the Supervised Visitations Department has experienced tremendous growth, becoming one of our top-performing departments while expanding services for both DHS and private-pay families.
When asked what he’s most proud of, Chris didn’t talk about numbers or titles. He talked about his team.
“I am very proud of my team who continues to work and provides the same values that I see in alignment with our company’s vision and mission. The success and outcomes are also seeing the families that we serve being provided the utmost respect and professionalism that continues our values of being neutral, non-biased, and nurturing.”
That commitment to compassion, professionalism, and putting families first is exactly what makes Chris an invaluable part of CCS and ACS.
Thank you, Chris, for your leadership, your dedication, and for making a difference in the lives of the families we serve every single day. đź’™
