October has arrived, and we’re leaning into the shift — cooler mornings, longer shadows, changing leaves, and all the invitations that come with a new season. This time of year asks us to slow down enough to notice what’s changing, while staying grounded in what keeps us steady.
So this month, we’re making room for practice, play, learning, rest, and a little bit of our wild side.
There’s no perfect way to move through a season of change. Sometimes you flow. Sometimes you wobble. Sometimes you lie on the floor and call it Yoga Nidra. And sometimes you just need to get a little feral and get upside down.
Whatever October brings, come as you are.
We’ll meet you on the mat.
Feral Apparel is available!
Check out shirts and sizes and colors in person in thee studio. Special order going in October 7th! If you want a size or color unavailable at studio we will order for you. Email us [email protected] or respond to this email with your shirt, color, size order. Hoodies available too!
Special Classes Coming to the Schedule 👆
We have some special offerings popping onto the schedule this season, and we’d love to see you there.
Monday morning at 7am is back on the schedule! Join Heather for a practice to start your week grounded!
Tuesday mornings at 8;15am we've been sitting for meditation and you are welcome! No experience needed- we sit and breathe and witness.
Are you an evening student? What would you like to see added to the schedule? As the seasons shift and daylight wanes we want to offer the community what they seek. Reply to this email with suggestions; days, times, class type, teacher… manifest your evening schedule!
Until We Meet on the Mat
As we move deeper into fall, we hope you give yourself permission to slow down, get curious, and listen to what you actually need. Maybe that’s a challenging practice. Maybe it’s rest. Maybe it’s learning something new, sitting in stillness, or simply showing up exactly as you are.
Thank you for continuing to make YogaWell a place where all of it belongs — the strong days, the wobbly days, the quiet days, and the wonderfully feral ones.
We’re grateful for this community and for every person who brings their energy, humor, heart, and humanity through our doors.
Keep moving. Keep breathing. Stay curious. Stay a little wild.
We’ll see you on the mat.
With gratitude,
YogaWell
Root deeply. Breathe fully. Live intentionally.
