October looks a little different in pink. 🎀💪🏼

As women, strength means so much more than what we can lift.

It’s showing up for ourselves. Supporting the women beside us. Celebrating survivors, standing with those currently fighting, honoring those we’ve lost, and continuing to raise awareness for a disease that impacts so many women and families. 💗

This Breast Cancer Awareness Month, RitFit · Fitness Equipment is partnering with the Breast Cancer Research Foundation to support breast cancer research—and I couldn’t think of a more meaningful time to introduce this BEAUTIFUL pink setup to the Moms in Motion studio. 🎀

Moms in Motion has always been about creating a space where women can feel strong, supported, and surrounded by community. So having a piece in our studio that represents something bigger than fitness feels pretty special.

This October, we lift for more than ourselves.
We lift for awareness.
We lift for research.
We lift for the fighters.
We lift for the survivors.
And we lift in honor of the women we carry with us. 💗
