Our patients include active adults, golfers, athletes, runners, and people who have been struggling with chronic pain for years and feel like they’ve run out of options.

We’re looking for someone with a strong foundation in rehabilitation and manual therapy who is hungry to continue learning. Experience is preferred, but attitude, work ethic, and coachability matter even more.

At Health Summit, you won’t just show up and treat patients. We intentionally block out time every week to sharpen our clinical skills, discuss cases, and raise the standard of care. Continuous growth is part of our culture.

Most people see the new office, the gym, the treatments, the brand…

But they don’t know the story behind why I built Health Summit Medical.

After graduating chiropractic school, I came back home to New Jersey and took over a small practice with one goal:

Help as many people as possible.

At first, I thought the traditional healthcare model was the answer.

See more patients. Take every insurance. Work longer hours.

On paper, it looked like I had everything figured out.
Growing practice. Growing family with two amazing kids born within the same year.

But inside… I was exhausted.
The hardest part wasn’t the long hours.

It was knowing patients deserved more time, more attention, and more answers than the system allowed me to give.

So I made one of the hardest decisions of my life.
I walked away from the traditional insurance model and rebuilt the practice from scratch.

Everyone thought I was crazy.

But I couldn’t ignore what I knew in my heart.
Patients needed more than short visits and temporary fixes.

So we completely changed the way we practiced.

We moved to one-on-one 1 hour sessions focused on finding the root cause and creating real long-term outcomes.

And it ended up being the best decision of my life.

Today, I come to work excited again because every day I get to help and see people get their lives back.

This journey taught me something I’ll never forget:

When your health is taken away from you… nothing else matters.

And when that happens, the most important decision you can make is who you trust to help you get it back.

You deserve someone who listens.
Someone who truly cares. Someone who believes there is a solution. Someone who has the time and ability to help you.
