Hot & Soul is so excited to partner with Jersey Shore Yoga Festival for a morning of movement, music, connection + ALL the good energy. 🧘‍♀️☀️

And we’re extra excited because our very own Destiny will be one of the amazing local teachers leading the 108 Sun Salutations! 🔥

Happy Birthday to the heart and soul of Hot & Soul Yoga. 💜🎉

Today we celebrate not only an incredible leader, but someone who has built so much more than a yoga studio—she has built a community.

Her passion, hard work, and unwavering dedication have created a place where people feel welcomed, supported, challenged, and inspired every single day. The friendships, the healing, the laughter, and the sense of belonging that fill our studios all exist because of the vision she brought to life.

This year, instead of making her birthday all about herself, she chose to give back. By turning our Christmas in July celebration into a fundraiser for local families affected by pediatric cancer, she’s reminding us what Hot & Soul has always been about: showing up for one another and making a difference beyond our walls.

Thank you for leading with kindness, generosity, and heart. Your impact reaches far beyond the mat, and we are so grateful to celebrate you today.
