We will be closed Thursday November 26th thru Friday November 27th in observance of Thanksgiving. We will reopen with regular business hours on Monday November 30th. The safety of our patients and staff is our #1 priority that is why we are offering Telemedicine at this time. If you are unable or concerned about leaving your home and need medical care for illness, or need follow up maintenance care including medication refills for chronic illnesses then please schedule a Telemed appointment. The doctor will connect with you over the internet and address any of your concerns. Just like any in office visit we will submit a claim to your insurance company and copays, coinsurance and or deductibles will apply.

In an effort to stay connected with out patients and continue to give the best possible care we are now offering Telehealth. You would schedule an appointment as usual but instead of coming into the office you would connect with your doctor over the internet. You can address any concerns and review labs/radiology testing if need. As always, we will submit a claim to your insurance and copays and or deductibles may apply.

OUR RESPONSE TO COVID-19
The health and well-being of our patient’s has always been our top priority at Orchard Medical Group and we understand the growing concerns around the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic.
As such, Orchard Medical Group will remain open to serve you while taking the necessary steps to protect you and our staff from contagion. We are following the latest CDC infection control guidelines and strictly adhering to social distancing.
THE FOLLOWING CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE:
APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING:
• Adjustments have been made in scheduling so that patient visits do not overlap thus eliminating all wait times.
• All well and routine follow up visits now have designated time slots which are separated in time and space from our sick visit appointments.
• All sick patients will have separate access to the office and will be instructed to remain in their car until we are ready to take them in.
• We are working on being able to offer audio/visual (e-office) visits for our vulnerable patient population who have concerns over possible virus exposure and need routine follow up care.
STAFF:
• Our staff has always followed protocols for hand-washing as well as sanitizing equipment, exam tables, waiting areas, door k***s and the bathroom. We are intensifying our efforts and all rooms will be fully re-sanitized between patients.
• We have mandated all staff members to stay home if they are sick or if they are caring for a family member/house member who is currently ill.
• The staff are required to wear masks and gloves for the protection of all persons during patient interaction.
WHAT WE ARE ASKING OF YOU:
• We ask that each person who enters our reception room use the hand sanitizer provided at the front desk.
• If you are ill with symptoms of cough, shortness of breath, fever, chills, sneezing, vomiting or diarrhea or if you have been in contact with known COVID-19 person or traveled to a high risk zone, DO NOT enter the office. We ask that you return to your car and call the office for further guidance – 732-431-1520.
Please be patient with us during these very challenging times as we are working with limited staff and resources. We wish you and your family well and extend our sincere thanks for your understanding. We will get through this together!!
