What an interesting and enjoyable day we had!

We visited the Basic Combat Training Museum at Fort Jackson, one of only four Army locations that conduct Basic Combat Training. We learned so much about the history and experiences of soldiers going through basic training.

Steve was incredibly knowledgeable and made our visit even more interesting. Afterward, we enjoyed a delicious lunch at Tazza. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make it such a great day!

Everybody in South Carolina knows DAWN SMITH JORDAN – and for good reason! What an amazing person she is. Dawn came to visit us at Lakeview today and shared her beautiful voice with us through some very moving worship songs. She also took time to share a little about her life and her journey, making the visit even more meaningful.

We are so grateful for her heart, her faith and all that she does for our community. Thank you, Dawn, for spending time with us at Lakeview today. You truly touched our hearts!

We enjoyed a great day exploring the South Carolina Military Museum! We learned so much about our state’s military history and had a wonderful time seeing the impressive collection of cannons, jeeps, helicopters and other military artifacts. Afterward, we headed out for a delicious lunch and continued the fun with great conversation and good company. It was interesting, educational, and memorable experience for everyone!

We had a bluesin’ good time at our Blues, Brews and BBQ lunch! We enjoyed fantastic entertainment from Jeff Liberty, some great brews, and absolutely delicious barbecue. The food was fabulous, the music was rocking and the smiles said it all! Fun was definitely had by all!
