Your brain is working hard right now.

Processing the meeting you just left.

There is a lot of talk about physical health, and we're getting better at talking about mental health. But we don't often pause to appreciate what the brain is actually carrying on any day of the week.

World Brain Day is a reminder to do exactly that.

At Mosaic, the providers inside these walls understand that brain health and emotional health are not separate conversations, they're the same one. Anxiety, relational stress, trauma, burnout — these aren't character flaws. They're signals from a brain that needs support, not shame.

If your brain has been trying to tell you something, this might be a good week to listen.

It's been a busy year so far here at Mosaic!

New professionals reaching out.
A brand new ADA-compliant bathroom.
New signage.
Fresh paint throughout the space.
New connections with CALE families and the Columbia community.
And more renovations, both planned and already underway.

Before we move into August, we just wanted to pause and say thank you. To the providers who call this space home and to the families who've trusted us. To everyone who's shared our page, stopped by, or simply believed in what we're building.

This community is growing because of you. We don't take that for granted.

Mosaic wasn't built by a real estate company.

It was built by people who were already inside Columbia Academy for Learning and Enrichment - watching families navigate the hard work of raising children, holding relationships, and trying to access care that actually met them where they were.

People who saw the gaps. Who asked what it would look like to close them. Who decided to stop waiting for someone else to build it.

That's where this came from. Not a market opportunity. A real belief that Columbia families deserve more than what was already available, and that the right providers, in the right community, can deliver it.

This is personal for us. And that's exactly why it works.

Mosaic is looking for a bodywork/massage therapist, registered dietician/nutritionist, movement/mobility instructor, or other lifestyle wellness providers who're ready for a different kind of home.

Not just any space, a space with intention behind it.

Our community already includes integrative psychiatry and counseling, and we're deliberately building toward whole-body care. That means we're actively seeking providers whose work fills in the pieces families around CALE Collective are already asking for.

If your work is rooted in whole-person wellness and you value being around other practitioners who feel the same way, this is worth a conversation.

We’re loving our new directory sign! Every time we walk past it, it’s a reminder of what we’re building here: a community of providers whose work fits together to heal and support our community.

That’s really the idea behind Mosaic: not absorbing your name or your brand, but giving it a place alongside others doing complementary work, so people can see how the pieces of whole-person care connect. We’re grateful for the partners and relationships already part of this, including affiliates working alongside us who aren’t even on the wall - and we’re in good conversations right now with several others who might join next.
