Dr. Cartledge and Dacia enjoyed attending the Women’s Health & Wellness Event this past Saturday at First Nazareth Baptist Church. Dr. Cartledge was able to share with her church family vital information concerning eye diseases and eye examinations. They both enjoyed hearing from the other presenters as well as participating in the chair yoga portion of the event!

Dr. Cartledge and staff enjoyed their monthly team building activity of a Lego party! They enjoyed a friendly competition of seeing who could be the first one to build the Love letters. They discussed how they can show love in the workplace by being respectful, supporting each other as needed, listening, and providing constructive feedback. In addition, they played the Brick Like This Lego game which allowed them to work in pairs on their listening skills and ability to follow directions from their partner to build a pattern. Fun was had by all and they got some great takeaways from the activity.

We will be closed Monday, February 2nd due to the potential for hazardous travel conditions as a result of winter weather. The office will re-open Tuesday, February 3rd at 8:30am.

Yesterday, Dr. Cartledge and staff enjoyed their monthly team building activity of a vision board party. This activity will help them have a visual reminder to keep them motivated and focused throughout the year on the specific goals they would like to accomplish. Thanks to Kymmie Cartledge of Glitter, Glue, and Goals for the supplies to host the activity.
