Happy Hospital Week from Pinewood Springs! We are so grateful for our colleagues and the compassionate care they provide each day to our patients and their families, and to our community as a whole. What better way to celebrate our impact than to open our doors to the community to come learn about our outpatient therapy services.

If you or a loved one could potentially benefit from processing anxiety, depression, trauma and/or grief in a group therapy setting (virtual options available), or from receiving more intensive support, including medication management, please come check us out this Saturday, May 16th 10 AM – 12 PM. Tour our space, learn about our services, and meet our treatment team! Our gorgeous mental health and wellness facility is located at 1001 N. James Campbell Blvd in Columbia. Email Matt Phelan ([email protected]) or call 931-777-6100 for more information about the Open House event.

: “Myth vs Fact: Therapy Isn’t Only for Crisis”
Support is for building skills—not just putting out fires.

o Myth: Therapy is a last resort → Fact: It’s proven to help everyday stress, anxiety, and mood.
o Myth: It takes years → Fact: Brief, goal focused therapy can be effective.
o Myth: You must meet in person → Fact: Virtual groups and outpatient options exist.
o Start today: One conversation can clarify your next step.

You don’t need to wait for a crisis to feel better.
