Every view is someone looking for answers.

Every comment is someone searching for hope.

Every subscriber is someone who trusted us enough to let us be part of their fertility journey.

June is Men’s Health Month, and one of the most overlooked threats to male fertility may be hiding in plain sight.

A recent Vox article highlighted a growing trend of young men using testosterone and other appearance-enhancing substances in pursuit of a more muscular physique - often without realizing these products can significantly reduce s***m production and even lead to infertility. Testosterone may build muscle, but it can shut down the body's natural s***m-making process.

If future fertility matters to you, talk with a qualified physician before starting testosterone or performance-enhancing hormones. Looking healthy and being healthy aren't always the same thing.

June is Men’s Health Month

When people think about infertility, they often assume it’s primarily a women’s health issue. In reality, male factor infertility contributes to approximately 40–50% of infertility cases.

The good news? Many causes of male infertility can be identified through testing, and in many cases, there are treatment options available. Factors such as hormone imbalances, varicoceles, medical conditions, medications, lifestyle habits, and even environmental exposures can impact s***m health.

If you've been trying to conceive without success, remember that fertility is a shared journey. A fertility evaluation should include both partners, and a semen analysis is often one of the first and most important steps.

This Men’s Health Month, we encourage men to take charge of their health—not just for fertility, but for their overall well-being.
