💪 Her treatment focused on improving overall strength, endurance, balance, and functional mobility to help her stay active and independent.

🤩 She made tremendous progress throughout her plan of care and was always sure to keep everyone at the clinic in line while she was here! 😂

🤗 We will miss seeing her each week, but we could not be prouder of her hard work and dedication. 👏

🗣️ She has worked hard on improving speech clarity by practicing consonant blends (like “ch” & “th) in words and conversation.

🤗 Through consistency, effort, and lots of practice, we’ve seen major growth in both communication skills and confidence and we could not be more proud!

🫡 “The Murph” is a CrossFit Hero Workout named after U.S. Navy SEAL Lt. Michael P. Murphy, who gave his life in Afghanistan on June 28, 2005 while courageously attempting to save his team under enemy fire.

The workout consists of:
🏃 1-mile run
💥 100 pull-ups
💥 200 push-ups
💥 300 squats
🏃 1-mile run

👩‍🎓 This young lady has officially graduated from both Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy, and her progress has been nothing short of impressive! 🎉

🦵Physical Therapy focused on building lower extremity strength, endurance, balance, and stability—helping her confidently stand from lower surfaces and safely navigate stairs and uneven terrain.

💪 Occupational Therapy targeted reducing shoulder pain while improving upper extremity strength and mobility—allowing her to carry heavier items and perform functional reaching tasks with greater ease.

🤝 PT and OT worked together to support her success, combining strength, mobility, and functional tasks to drive meaningful progress that carried over into her daily life and independence.

👏 While we’ll miss seeing her each week, we’re incredibly proud of how far she’s come!
