Dr. Beams Medical Home I love my job because I get to help families every day. As a practice, we focus on guiding families Dr. Beams is a Board Certified pediatrician.

Dr. Beams Medical Home provides primary care to members of all ages. We have two providers, Dr. Zaneb Beams and Laura Bothe, CRNP FNP. Dr. Beams sees patients from birth through 21 years, and Laura Bothe is a Family Practice specialist. She cares for families from birth through their life cycle.

From early mornings packing lunchboxes to figuring out afterschool snacks that actually get eaten—I’ve been there.
This season, I’m offering nutrition + meal planning consultations for families with kids ages 6–18. Together, we’ll tackle real-life challenges and create a custom 1-month plan for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.
