One exercise doesn’t have to look the same for everyone. 💪

At Focus On Health Chiropractic, we can progress or regress an exercise based on what a patient can comfortably and confidently perform. Sometimes that means starting with a simpler variation and building up over time. Other times, it means adding a new challenge as strength and control improve.

The goal isn’t to force everyone into the same movement. It’s to find the right starting point and build from there. Because every exercise has more than one way to do it, and the best version is the one that meets you where you are.
