We are pleased to announce the publication of the third installment of the Benign Breast Disease (BBD) clinical consensus statements from the American Society of Breast Surgeons and the Society of Breast Imaging in JAMA Surgery. We encourage all members to review these updated recommendations and incorporate them into their clinical practice.

This Special Communication is the third installment about guidelines from organizations of surgeons, radiologists, and pathologists for the management of proliferative breast lesions with atypia and lobular carcinoma in situ.
