Hello friends! So im trying to start this new posting routine...well new to me.
π€π₯³ Muscle Mondays! π₯³π₯
Each week, or every other, still figuring that part out. I'll post a little bit of info to help everyone better understand our meat suits and how try easing some of those aches and pains we tend to suffer from.
So without further ado, here we go. First up, we have the Trapezius or Traps. You may also know them as those humps on top of your shoulders between your neck and arm.
In here are a few reasons why they might be bugging you. Why its making you constantly rub the corner of your neck as you stare down at your phone and read this. π How to try and ease that ache...even if only for a little bit. Plus a few other little tid bits.
Its kind of silly me making up all this info since theres literally thousands of other sources you could search and find similar information. But hey, for right now this is what I can contribute.
