Dr. Billie Jean Waddell and Dr. Randy Colby have dedicated their careers to helping patients look and feel their best. After meeting at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine, completing pediatric residency together, and practicing pediatrics for years, they followed their passion into aesthetic medicine.

Today, they personally perform every consultation and injectable treatment, specializing exclusively in Botox® Cosmetic and facial fillers. Their commitment to personalized care, natural-looking results, and physician-led expertise is what makes Palmetto Aesthetic Medicine unique.
