Y’all, very rarely does a product come around that knocks my sock off (actually my wrinkles)! Less than 2 months ago YonKa sent a a bottle of this miracle serum and I could not be more pleased. I’ve tried using retinol products in the past because I wanted my wrinkles decreased. Well, retinol products come with lots of risks and DRY skin! We see this ALL THE TIME! I’ve never been able to use retinol…even when encapsulated and delivered in the calmest possible way.

Well, YonKa has yet again defied the skin care world. Last time was with the Vitamin C and no with Bi-Serum!!! It does all the things retinol products do AND more!!! It does NOT make your skin photo sensitive so you can use the Bi-Serum morning and night under your moisturizer!!! It treats ALL types of wrinkles, safe for sensitive skin, reduces pore size and smooths the texture of your skin. This has been a literal game changer for my super sensitive mid life skin.

It’s been a long day at the ball field and my skin needed a DEEP clean! I also got bit by something on my jaw line yesterday and this Clear charcoal mask seemed fitting for a deep cleanse and to draw out some toxins from whatever bit me.

It’s a beautiful day in Columbia and we just wanted to take a moment to remind you about our Cancellation Policy and explain a bit more about our Gift Certificates. We’ve been getting A LOT of calls about Gift Certificates lately so let’s start here.

ēlia gift certificates have a 2 year expiration date from the date of purchase. We do NOT attach them to your account. Once you receive your Gift Certificate it is the Gift Certificate holder’s responsibility to keep track of it. We recommend taking a photo of it! Yes, we are a small business and we understand some places are able to keep track of them but we have had too many issues with doing that. I won’t get into those details but if you ask…I’ll share a few stories (no names would be mentioned) Our Front Desk staff does an amazing job but they often don’t have the capacity to take sometimes 30-45 minutes researching a lost gift certificate as a courtesy. So, please keep track of your Gift Certificates just like you would anything other Gift Card.

Now onto our cancellation policy. From other places I’ve worked and from comparing our policy to other places…we are extremely relaxed. We DO NOT require you to keep a credit card on file just to book an appointment. However, we do require that you give us a minimum of a 48 hour notice if you need to cancel for any reason. Yes, we understand that you may way up sick and please…we do not want you to come in sick. But, you will be required to pay a 50% deposit for your next appointment. This policy is in place to protect our providers and our guests. When someone cancels or doesn’t show up it affects multiple people. We do our best to care for each guest and when a guest does not give notice or simply doesn’t show it effects the provider, the guest canceling (may not be able to get in for several weeks now), and a guest that may have been waiting for a spot to open. As I stated, we are a small business and we want to be here for years to come serving our community. Thank you for respecting us and our cancelation policy.
