Last week, we hosted the Columbia Chamber of Commerce, Boone Health colleagues and community members at our ribbon cutting ceremony. It marked the 25th Anniversary of the Foundation as an official 501c3 in Missouri. Thank you to all who attended, and all who had birthday cake with us!

We are grateful for the many donors who have helped the Foundation meet their mission of improving the health of those we serve these many years. We look forward to continuing our work in central Missouri.

The Adalyn Rose Foundation provides comprehensive and continuous care to families grieving the loss of a child at any time during pregnancy, infancy or early childhood. On August 5th they were here to honor and celebrate Miles Anderson's 8th birthday. Bree and Craig Anderson, working with the Veterans' United Foundation, sponsored a Remembrance Cart for the Boone Maternal Child Health Unit in Miles' memory. This cart provides resources for families navigating the loss of their child at birth. Following the dedication, ARF provided a training session to Boone caregivers that offered new insights and best practices.

We could not be more excited!

Boone Health is proud to expand access to care with the opening of our new primary care clinic in Glasgow!

The new location offers more space, expanded services, and an on-site X-ray suite, giving patients in Glasgow and surrounding communities access to more timely, high-quality care close to home.

This project was made possible through the support of the Boone Hospital Foundation and reflects our commitment to bringing trusted care to communities across central Missouri.

That is just how it rolls at Boonique, our fantastic gift shop at Boone Health. No uniform, and no, they didn't plan it (it happens a lot though). Just a dedicated crew of staff and volunteers who show up with cooling blue-greens and smiles on their faces!

This morning, we were pleasantly surprised by a visit from Jennifer Jackson, President, and Dayton Shepherd, Past-President of the Show-Me Cosmo Club. They have partnered with the Foundation for years to help identify community members who have or at risk for Type 2 diabetes. Their ongoing generosity allows our Boone Health Community Wellness team to provide A1c testing at no cost at our public screening events. We are very grateful to them!
