I’m so grateful that I have the opportunity to share a modality that I love, with people in the outdoors, which I’m passionate about, to help them find a more embodied state of being which I have found so helpful in my own healing journey.

Here’s what my first client said about her experience;:

“Being outside in nature really does bring a whole new peacefulness and calmness to the session. You are able to ground yourself in your surroundings which allows you to really be in the moment and allow your body to process whatever it needs to. Michelle is always so good at when things do come up, talking me through them so I can process the emotion. Being outside with Michelle and the horses is such a healing experience.”

Point work makes the dream work! 🤙
This is one of my favorite ways to work. Finding a band of tension then very meticulously inviting it to let go as I pay attention to each small part along that band. Sinking in with intention for a nice release. 😊

Plantar Fasciitis…
What an irritating, ouchy foot issue to deal with. I know quite a few people that have this flare up from time to time and have no idea how to help it. That’s where I come in! 🙋🏻‍♀️
Plantar Fascia pain….why do we get this!? It is caused by micro tearing of the tendon at the heel, tendinopathy. A tendinopathy is an irritation to the the tendon that becomes damaged, and doesn’t have time to heal before it suffers more irritation. YIKES!
How do we fix it? We can work not only the Plantar Fascia, but also work out calf tension causing the tension in the Plantar Fascia Tendon.
It’s as easy as communicating with your massage therapist, giving your body time to receive the work and let it integrate into the body helping it along with some stretches! It may not be an easy road, but it’ll help the root cause instead of relying of cortisone shots to relieve the pain with a chance of weakening the collagen, creating more of a Chronic problem.
