Dr. Joanna Dover majored in Human Nutrition for her undergraduate degree and has always felt passionate about what we eat and how we treat our bodies. She is joined by Dr. Sarah Anne Knowlton, who is the sweetest, kindest, and gentlest person you may ever meet. Together, they care for all members of your family, starting with eruption of the first tooth, habit-treatment, tongue-ties, frenum pulls, and sleep- improvement therapies. They offer BPA-free and fluoride-free fillings, zirconia implants, essential oil therapy, follow the IAOMT "SMART" amalgam removal protocol, use guided-eruption interceptive orthodontics (healthy start), offer botox and dermal fillers, and so much more.We look forward to seeing you in our new and improved facilities where we aim to offer unparalleled comforts and services.

We just got FYGG varnish in!
It is the BEST performing nanohydroxyapatite…see for yourself - this was just published early 2026

This is a really big deal because in the remin/demin studies, FYGG outperformed your standard, and your prescription fluoride toothpastes. It is worth the read, even if you don’t follow it all because it talk about the shape of the particles and how differently fluoride versus nano remineralizes.

Interestingly enough, when I made 4200 tubes of nano toothpaste in 2018, it used the same nano CarePaste as FYGG…it couldn’t be patented and my babes were 1,3 and 5…it was also before the EU did research on nano particle BBB safety.
