Thief recorded - This gentleman (not a patient of ours) came into our office today at 12:30 p.m. for the purpose of stealing frames. He is wearing a long sleeve red/yellow and black jacket on an 88 degree day and has distinctive roman numeral tattoos on his calves (see the pictures). We have video of him taking frames off the women's board and putting them in his right jacket pocket while replacing the frame with men's frames from the neighboring board. We have contacted the police and will prosecute him unless the frames are returned in perfect condition within 24 hours. Apparently has a preference for Women's Gucci and Prada frames. We know what was taken. If you know him, warn him now.

Another eyedrop recall. These are all only store-brands such as Walgreens, CVS, Kroger and others. If the product is from a major pharmaceutical company such as Alcon, Allergan or Bausch and Lomb (even if purchased at the above stores) there is absolutely no concern. Keep using all but store-brand products. Check the details in the video below.

This is a recall of only one batch of only one version of Systane!!! All other versions and batches are fine. If it is not Systane Ultra PF (Preservative Free) in 25 pack, batch 10101 Exp. Sept 2025 then there is no reason to be concerned at this time. This was a voluntary recall and so far no one has had an infection.

Health care, and that includes both health insurance and the pharmaceutical industry, are not getting the message that existing for the sole purpose of maximum corporate profits is not at all serving the public or the societal need. They are hurting people and chasing doctors from the professions, all to make more money for their corporate entity. Being totally non-responsive or intentionally obfuscating in order to be able to deny claims, delay payments and raise costs is not what the public wants. In no way, do I condone the actions of Luigi Mangione and the reprehensible murder of Brian Thompson but the industries are not getting the message or responding in a way which will appease the masses who are at the start of a clear rebellion. Even when the head of United Healthcare addressed the issue, he managed to sneak in the concern for corporate profits. The points below are valid and I don't always agree with Kevin. It is past time for the Federal government to act in the public's best interest, regardless of who supports their individual next election campaign.

Also, remember they drive on the left side of the road so when they discuss where to look when driving, they are looking to the side the cars are not on, not into the lights as would be if you are thinking that they are driving on the right side of the road.
