We are so proud of our big guy - Ranger completed his first level of training as he works to become a AKC Therapy Dog. Thank you to Club Pooch and his trainer, Ray for all of their hard work, knowledge, and care!

It's Giving Tuesday!

You might not know this, but our practice runs a non-profit called Savwell Gives. We are on a mission to increase access to quality mental health services for women in the perinatal period and those impacted by trauma through funding, awareness, and advocacy.

We have an amazing Board of Directors on board (females in all different specialities - law, education, pelvic floor therapy, perinatal chiropractics, and even a Fit4Mom owner!) who are all women working to change outcomes for women and children.

As we work to offer low to no cost individual and group therapy, workshops, and support groups that are accessible to all women, please consider donating for Giving Tuesday. No amount is too small, and donations to our 501c3 are tax deductible!

We are excited to welcome Alecia Rives, LGPC to our team! Alecia is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor who supports women through trauma, grief, and life transitions. She uses a person-centered, holistic approach to help clients heal, build self-love, and reconnect with purpose. She is available for evening and weekend in-person (Ellicott City) and telehealth sessions- she accepts CareFirst, Aetna, and Cigna!

Meet Andrea! Andrea is a bilingual clinician (English/Spanish) who works primarily with teens and twenty-somethings through the ups and downs of life while lending a compassionate, listening ear. She is a experienced as a school-based clinician and sees teens 16+ and young adults. She offers services virtually and has afternoon/evening availability.
