💙 Investing in the Future of Pediatric Care 💙

At Hands of Hope, we believe strong partnerships lead to better care for children and families. That's why we're proud to exhibit at the South Carolina Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics Conference each year.

This conference gives us the opportunity to connect with pediatric providers from across the state, share resources, and collaborate on ways to improve access to pediatric palliative care and hospice services. Together, we can ensure children with serious illnesses and their families receive the support they need—when and where they need it most.

Thank you to the SC AAP and the many providers who dedicate their lives to caring for children every day. We are honored to be part of this incredible pediatric community.

💙 Supporting the Communities We Serve 💙

At Hands of Hope, caring for children and families goes beyond the bedside. We're proud to support organizations that bring hope, connection, and resources to the communities we serve.

This year, we participated in Bike LUCK, helping support Camp LUCK's free, medically supervised camp for children with congenital heart disease. We are also honored to support 24 Hours of B***y this weekend, benefiting individuals and families impacted by cancer.

Together, these events remind us of the power of community, resilience, and hope.
