Want to have a fast smooth uncomplicated delivery where you feel relaxed calm and at peace?
Seriously, practicing these two simple things leading up to the labor day will be the two best things to prepare you for that experience.
You cannot run a marathon without practicing beforehand.
If you will practice these two things you will be giving yourself the best opportunity for the birth you want.
I always tell my clients to do this for 10 minutes three times a week. If you do you will definitely feel the benefits of that commitment the day you're having your baby!

Discord in life often shows up as that uneasy feeling—a sense that something’s off, even when everything seems “right.” 🌿 For mothers, it can be moments of wanting more but not knowing what that is. It’s the incongruence between who we truly are and what we think we should be. Overachievement, fear of failure, and chasing perfection can hide that inner calling… until we pause and listen.

Chronic Debilitating Asthma is no joke!! Its been the thorn in my flesh for 2 decades. I used to avoid this hill because I literally could not breath, even if I took it slow, even if I stopped at the top to catch my breath, if I attempted it without my multiple inhalers I'd be in trouble. Thank God I have finally started some things that are bringing healing to my lungs and I couldn't be more happy, content, at peace and finally can push my body physically before my lungs force me to quit!!

Every time you feed your baby… you should be feeding yourself too. 🤍✨

Postpartum moms need nourishment, hydration, and support — not just reminders to “push through.” 🌿

Breastfeeding, healing, sleepless nights, and caring for a newborn take so much from your body. And fueling yourself is what gives you the stamina to keep going through the hard moments. 💛

One of the sweetest things you can do for a postpartum mom?
Bring food.

A basket of easy snacks, protein bars, fruit, electrolytes, bottled drinks — simple things she can grab while feeding the baby or when she’s nap trapped on the couch for hours. 🍼

Because moms deserve care too.
Not just after birth, but during every feeding, every sleepless night, and every moment in between. ✨

In birth, the body’s natural response to extreme stress can vary. Conditioning and societal expectations often prevent instinctive reactions, which can sometimes have serious consequences. Understanding and supporting the mind-body connection during labor is crucial. 🤍

If you’re visiting a postpartum mom, here’s the best advice:
Bring food. Every single time. 🤍

And don’t expect to hold the baby. 🌿

Sometimes the greatest gift you can give a new mom is helping care for her and her family — not asking to pass around the baby. And if the baby starts crying? Give them back to their mom. 💛

I’ll never forget someone telling me when my first baby was little:
“He just misses your heartbeat.”

And suddenly everything softened. 🤍
The late nights, the rocking, the exhaustion… it wasn’t inconvenience. He just missed me. And honestly, I missed him too. 🌙

I literally believed I was about to die when giving birth naturally!! I was full of fear. Things felt chaotic! I could but relax did the life of me, I could barely breath!

This is how most women experience natural birth and why they rave about the epidural. It does not have to be this way!!

Many women are realizing there are many side effects to epidurals and they are meeting women like myself who learned other tools to help prepare themselves to embrace natural birth and all the power that comes with it with joy and calmness.

I teach the exact things to help you to have a great birth just like I did many times.

I always tell my girls this 👇🏼

Stop comparing your postpartum journey to what you see online. 🤍

That mom who looks like she “has it all together” 3 or 4 weeks postpartum? I promise you — nobody truly has it all together.

Social media can show the highlights, the makeup, the smile, the “bounce back”… but behind closed doors, so many women are struggling mentally, emotionally, and physically. And that’s REAL.

Motherhood is messy. Postpartum is hard. Healing takes time. 🫶🏼

We need more honesty. More authenticity. More real conversations so younger women and future moms understand what motherhood actually looks like — not just the filtered version. ✨

Postpartum is not a race. 🤍

Some women may appear to “bounce back” quickly, but that should never become the expectation. Healing after birth — especially after a C-section — requires rest, recovery, and time to bond with your baby. 🫶🏼

The pressure to immediately return to normal life is hurting mothers in more ways than we realize.

Those early days matter.
The connection.
The bonding.
The slowing down. ✨

Motherhood was never meant to be rushed. And just because someone can physically push themselves doesn’t mean they should.

Our children don’t need perfect mothers — they need present, connected ones.
