June will be a special event for us! We’re going to Juicy's Wellness Cafe in McMinnville. The owner, Mary Beth Laxson, was a guest speaker at one of our meetings last Fall. She shared her Plant-Based health journey and her battle with cancer. She has an amazing story of healing and strength. We’re honored to go to her restaurant to share more stories and plant-based food together We hope you can join us!

Now that zucchini away is about to be more plentiful than we know what to do with, here is a sweet chocolate muffin that is really delicious.
