Today, we proudly celebrate an incredible season of growth, purpose, and new beginnings within our Everyday Wellness family. 💙

Congratulations to Brittany on completing her Graduate Level Counseling Program at the University of South Carolina and preparing to begin her counseling journey near the coast.

Congratulations to Rachel on completing her graduate counseling program at Columbia International University. We are so excited for her return to Everyday Wellness as she continues pursuing her passion for serving others through counseling.

A special congratulations to Sloane, our wonderful receptionist, on completing her undergraduate psychology degree from the University of South Carolina and heading to New Jersey to begin her graduate counseling program.

We’re also cheering on Katie, our former receptionist, as she heads northwest to begin her journey as a school counselor, and Jadyn as she heads to the coast to begin her graduate program in school psychology.

At Everyday Wellness, stewarding the counseling profession begins at the front desk. Watching these young women grow into compassionate, capable, and purpose-driven professionals has been such an honor. I take tremendous pride in serving as part of their journey and mentorship.

The future of the counseling profession is incredibly bright because of women like these. Congratulations, ladies , your Everyday Wellness family is so proud of you all.

We cherish our students!!

A heartfelt thank you to Intisar Faulkner and the WIS TV Sunrise Morning Show team for the opportunity to discuss Mental Health Awareness Month, share practical wellness tips, and highlight our upcoming community event.

Conversations like these help normalize mental health care, reduce stigma, and remind our community that seeking support is a sign of strength. We are grateful for platforms that continue to create space for education, awareness, and healing. 💚

Tuesdays are for supervision at EW!

Last week we had the honor of hosting Dr. Ginavra Gibson as our guest supervisor for April at Everyday Wellness, and it was an impactful experience for our team.

Dr. Gibson led dynamic training on crisis management and de-escalation, equipping our clinicians with practical tools to navigate high-risk and emotionally intense situations with clarity and care. Her presence created space not only for learning, but for reflection and honest conversation.

At Everyday Wellness, group supervision is more than a requirement. It is a core part of how we grow. It allows our clinicians to strengthen clinical judgment, process real-world cases, receive diverse perspectives, and stay grounded in ethical, client-centered care. This kind of investment directly shapes how we show up for the people we serve.

We are grateful for leaders like Dr. Gibson who pour into our team and help us continue to show up with competence, compassion, and confidence.
