🏃‍♂️ Did you know he also picked up running?
So proud of him for running two half-marathons, two weekends back to back from Wilmington to Myrtle B. Cutting his time by 5 minutes from the first time. Now, That’s impressive!!

🧜‍♀️ His motto with mermaid hair and all things good in life is: More is more.

✂️ I back it up, cut and slice it my way.
I came into this year a mess with no expectations No 2026 theme, intent or mantra like I usually do. Just rolling with the waves and punches of life.

💤 And then Lex was on my massage table late-Jan saying he needed just zen out (less talk, more massage — no offense taken).

🙏🏼 And I am reminded by his humble spirit and name Lex Moore that Less is More (for me). So I’m going into this spring season with this theme. Because doesn’t the real new year, start um kinda like now-ish?? 🍀
