Just this past week, I had the privilege of caring for patients ranging in age from 18 to 74, treating a wide variety of acute and ongoing health concerns, including:
• POTS syndrome and related dizziness
• Migraines and severe headaches
• Dehydration and fatigue
• Low vitamin B12 levels
• Nausea/vomiting/ other gastrointestinal illnesses
I was a sponsor for Floatchella in Chapin SC, helping community members in need of IV hydration relief after spending hours in the hot July SC sun.
I also enjoyed hosting a Vitamin B12 Injection Clinic, helping patients receive clinically appropriate vitamin B12 supplementation to support their health and wellness.
One particular patient was a college student far away from home who needed medical evaluation and medication administration while trying to avoid an unnecessary trip to the emergency department.
This encounter demonstrated just how having a trusted local healthcare provider can make all the difference when families are hours away.
