I waited all night at this concert watching Peter Hook & The Light from the other side of the stage, and he finally came to my side! I think we made eye contact!🤩

Hooky, I saw you massaging your hands and arms during the concert. Next time you’re in NE Ohio, let’s find you a massage therapist (like me 🙂)!

But seriously, once again it was an another great show at a beautiful venue!🎶

Are you curious what buccal intraoral nonsurgical facelift massage can do?💕

The first three pictures are four weeks of treatment. Notice how her eyes have lifted, her lines have softened around her eyes, forehead, and mouth, and she is less puffy from lymphatic work! The last two pictures are the before and after of just her first treatment, and even that shows a dramatic change! I can’t wait to see what future treatments will do for her!✨

I love showing my clients their progress pictures immediately following their appointment. Their smiles (and looks of astonishment) seeing the instant changes they have asked for is everything to me!💫

It is hard to find the words to describe being able to take your first in-person class in almost two years. I am happy that Jenna at Yoga Element created the space I needed to get back into it though. Everything about last night’s class was perfect for me. Modifications were made when needed, with lots of bolstering. Even talking to her after about other classes that would (and would not) work for me while my knee heals. I am already looking forward to my next class.🧘🏼‍♀️
