This Women’s History Month, we proudly celebrate Dr. Evelyn Davis, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, leader, and advocate dedicated to expanding access to compassionate, high-quality mental health care. With more than 18 years of experience, Dr. Davis has built a career focused on transforming lives through evidence-based counseling, education, and community-centered leadership. As the OCYF Director of Clinical Placement for the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities, she works to strengthen behavioral health systems and increase access to services for children, youth, and families across the state. In addition to her public service, she is the founder of Four Thirteen Counseling Services and host of the Stay Mindful with Dr. Evelyn Davis podcast, where she shares tools and conversations that empower individuals to prioritize emotional wellness, resilience, and personal growth. Her commitment to helping others thrive continues to create meaningful impact both within the therapy space and throughout the broader community.
