Primary Duties Include:

Light assistance with personal care including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Help with increasing independence and improving adaptive skills.
Assist clients with general housekeeping tasks.
Assist clients with basic ADLs. (Daily Living Skills)
Overall assist with helping the client have a full life.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Current CPR and Basic First Aid Certifications (We Offer Classes if needed)
Good comprehension of the English language, including reading, writing and speaking
Ability to be able to focus on multiple tasks at one time and have attention to detail.

Qualifications, Skills & Other Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED, HHA Certification Training or a minimum of 75 hours of experience. STNA/CNA Accepted
Must be 18 years of age
Ability to pass Background check requirements
12 months experience as an aide in a facility or home health/hospice agency preferred.
Valid driver's license and car insurance.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour

This position would assist management with opening new cases, and may also assist in solving issues with any unexpected under-staffing.

The right candidate may be at a single client for a full few weeks, or may cover multiple candidates over a months period. This persons will assist in being the eyes and ears to management, and help to make us great, every day.

We're looking to hire a lead for each side of the town.

We are Seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) Our current DON is moving to Ireland so we're in need of a DON ASAP!!! The DON will have overall responsibility for the quality, adequacy of services provided and supervision of staff. The DON establishes, implements, and evaluates goals and objectives for home health services that meet and promote the standards of quality.



Makes the initial evaluation visit and regularly reevaluates the client’s nursing needs. • Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state and federal laws. • Stays informed about changes in the field of nursing and home health care. Shares information with appropriate administrative personnel.

• Promotes home health referrals in the health care community

• Prepares clinical and progress notes and summaries of care.

• Assists in the development of organization goals. Develops, recommends, and administers agency policies and procedures.

• Supervises, educates and coaches other nursing personnel/care-giving staff.

• Plans and implements in-service and training programs.

• Oversees the maintenance of client clinical records, statistics, reports and records for purposes of evaluation and reporting of organization activities.
